Leonidas Varagiannis, also known as “War,” age 21, and Prasan Nepal, also known as “Trippy,” age 20, have been charged with running a global child abuse network.

Varagiannis is an American living in Greece, and Nepal is from North Carolina, USA. Police arrested Nepal on April 22 in North Carolina and Varagiannis on April 29 in Greece.

According to U.S. officials, the two were part of an online extremist group called “764.” This group wants to create chaos and destroy modern society. They targeted children online and forced them to create disturbing and abusive content.

The U.S. Justice Department says this is one of the worst online child abuse cases they have seen. The FBI says the two men and their group tricked and threatened children into hurting themselves and others, recording the acts, and sharing the videos.

They also led a smaller group inside 764 called “764 Inferno” using secret chat apps. They made children cut symbols into their skin and do other terrible things. They shared these videos and used them as digital “currency” in their network.

Some victims were as young as 13. The crimes happened between 2020 and early 2025. The FBI worked with police in Greece and other countries to investigate the case.

If found guilty, both men could spend the rest of their lives in prison.
