Google is giving Gemini users a limited-time opportunity to generate AI videos at no cost.
Starting today, users can create up to 10 videos for free through the Gemini app until 11:59 p.m. PT on August 4, 2026, offering wider access to the company’s video generation technology.
To use the feature, users simply need to open Gemini and select “Create video” from the tools menu. The tool can generate new videos from text prompts, edit existing clips, and remix videos, making it easier to turn ideas into short AI-generated content without requiring a paid subscription during the promotional period.
