TikTok has released its Q1 2025 enforcement report, revealing that the platform removed 1,876,563 videos in Nepal for violating community guidelines.

According to the report, 99.6% of the removed videos in Nepal were taken down proactively, meaning they were flagged by TikTok’s systems before users reported them. Impressively, 97.8% of these videos were removed within 24 hours of being posted.

On a global scale, TikTok removed 211 million videos in the first quarter of 2025, representing about 0.9% of all content uploaded to the platform. Out of these, more than 184 million videos were detected and removed automatically using TikTok’s advanced detection technologies. However, about 7.5 million videos were reinstated after further human review.

The report also highlights that the global proactive removal rate stood at 99%, with 94.3% of flagged content removed within 24 hours.
