Microsoft has announced Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19603. It is loaded with bunch of new features and changes including File Explorer Integration in the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), User cleanup recommendations in Storage Settings and Microsoft News Bar (Beta).

Microsoft is releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 19603 to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. Other users are expected to get an update soon.

Windows 10’s Storage settings is getting a new feature called “User cleanup recommendations” that recommends a list of unused files and applications that can be removed to free up disk space. The Windows 10 Storage setting section is the modern version of the Disk Cleanup program and will display how much space is being used by various categories of files and lets you quickly remove them if not needed.

Find User cleanup recommendations in the Storage Settings page.

Windows cannot predict whether you want to delete personal files, uninstall apps, or remove local copies of files synced to the cloud. With this tool, all the content is gathered in one page and removable by you with a few clicks.

User cleanup recommendations is made up of 4 sections: Temporary files, Large or unused files, Files synced to the cloud and Unused apps.

This feature is currently under development and will not be part of the upcoming Windows 10 2014 (20H1) release expected in the coming weeks.
