Influencers on the popular affiliate shopping platform LTK are about to gain a powerful new distribution channel — Pinterest.

In a new partnership announced Thursday, high-quality image posts from top-performing LTK creators will be automatically cross-posted to Pinterest, aiming to drive more visibility and affiliate earnings. The pilot program will expand over the coming months to include more creators and content formats.

LTK (formerly LikeToKnow.it) plays a major role in online shopping and influencer marketing, particularly among Gen Z women — nearly 40% in the US use the app, according to the company. By seamlessly integrating with Pinterest, which is widely used for shopping inspiration, the partnership could significantly boost exposure for influencer content and drive more product sales through affiliate links.

When an LTK post appears on Pinterest, it will include a link back to the influencer’s profile along with their tagged, shoppable products. The goal is to reach Pinterest users at the moment they’re actively looking for ideas — whether it’s fashion, beauty, or home renovation — and offer them authentic, influencer-curated content instead of traditional ads.

The collaboration also comes at a time when Pinterest is working to combat an influx of AI-generated content. The company recently rolled out tools to detect and label AI posts and is testing features that allow users to reduce their exposure to such content. By bringing in verified influencer content from platforms like LTK, Pinterest hopes to maintain a more human, curated feed that aligns better with its user base.
