Google is widening access to its AI-powered video creation tool, Flow, by rolling it out to users on Workspace Business, Enterprise, and Education plans.
Previously, the tool was limited to subscribers of Google AI Pro and AI Ultra after its debut in May 2025.
Flow is built on Google’s Veo 3.1 video generation model and allows users to create short, eight-second video clips using text prompts or reference images. These clips can be stitched together into longer sequences, giving users more flexibility to produce complete scenes rather than isolated shots.
The tool includes a range of creative controls, such as adjusting lighting, changing virtual camera angles, and adding or removing objects within a scene. Earlier this week, Google added support for vertical video, making Flow more suitable for social media and mobile-first formats.
Audio generation has also expanded within Flow. Users can now generate sound when extending clips, creating transitions between scenes, or producing videos based on reference images. In addition, Google has integrated its AI image generator, Nano Banana Pro, enabling users to create characters and visual starting points directly within the video workflow.
By bringing Flow to Workspace customers, Google is positioning AI video creation as a productivity feature for businesses, educators, and organizations, not just individual creators or enthusiasts.
