Image-Line has begun beta testing a web-based version of FL Studio, bringing the popular digital audio workstation to the browser for the first time.
FL Studio Web is designed as a streamlined, beginner-friendly tool, aimed at helping new users learn the fundamentals of music production. While it won’t replace the full desktop experience, it serves as an easy entry point for creating beats and basic projects.
When users are ready to upgrade, projects created in FL Studio Web can be seamlessly imported into the full desktop version of FL Studio, enabling creators to continue working without having to start over. The move could make music production more accessible to beginners while still supporting advanced workflows.
