The U.S. Department of State is offering up to $10 million for information about three Russian FSB hackers linked to cyberattacks on U.S. critical infrastructure.

The hackers belong to FSB’s Center 16 (military unit 71330), also known as Berserk Bear, Dragonfly, or Koala Team.

The wanted officers are Marat Valeryevich Tyukov, Mikhail Mikhailovich Gavrilov, and Pavel Aleksandrovich Akulov. They are accused of cyberattacks between 2012 and 2017 targeting power plants, government agencies, and other critical infrastructure, including the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Wolf Creek Nuclear Plant in Kansas.

Authorities warn that these FSB hackers recently exploited vulnerabilities in older Cisco devices (CVE‑2018‑0171) to infiltrate networks in the telecom, manufacturing, and education sectors.

The U.S. encourages tips via the Rewards for Justice Tor-based platform, with informants potentially qualifying for relocation assistance.
