Telegram briefly vanished from Apple’s App Store worldwide, leaving many iPhone and iPad users unable to find or download the popular messaging app.
Instead of the usual App Store listing, users were greeted with a “Page Not Found” message, sparking speculation that the app had been removed.
The issue affected multiple countries and was widely reported by users on social media. While existing Telegram users who already had the app installed were generally able to continue using it, new downloads and reinstallations were temporarily unavailable.
A few hours later, Telegram confirmed that the app had been restored to the App Store.
The company did not explain why the listing disappeared, and Apple has not publicly commented on the incident. As a result, the exact reason behind the temporary removal remains unknown.
Since the app is now back on the App Store, the incident appears to have been a temporary disruption rather than a permanent ban or policy action. Users who were unable to download Telegram during the outage should now be able to access the app normally again.
