Snapchat has officially launched a new Apple Watch app, allowing users to preview and respond to messages directly from their wrists.

While the app doesn’t support sending snaps or photos, it offers a streamlined way to stay connected without having to pick up your phone.

The wearable app lets users view incoming messages and reply using the watch’s tiny keyboard, scribble feature, or voice dictation. Although iPhone users could previously mirror notifications to the Apple Watch, this dedicated app enhances that experience by adding direct reply options.

“The number of devices we use in our daily lives has grown,” Snapchat noted in an official blog post. “This builds on our commitment to making Snapchat available across all the devices you use, including wearables.”
