Netflix is rolling out a new feature that lets users create and share highlight clips of their favorite shows and movies directly from the Netflix mobile app.
Previously, Netflix allowed viewers to bookmark specific scenes to watch again later or share. With this update, users can now set both a start and an end point, making it possible to create short, customized clips instead of saving an entire scene.
To use the feature, simply tap the “Clip” button under the playback bar while watching. You can then adjust the start and stop points of the video. Once saved, the clip can be shared instantly through popular apps like iMessage, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
The new feature is launching today in time with the release of Part 2 of Wednesday Season 2, giving fans a fun way to share their favorite moments from the show.
