Microsoft is rolling out a powerful update to Copilot Vision for Windows Insiders, allowing the AI assistant to view everything on your screen.
Previously, the tool could only analyze two apps at a time. Now, it can see your entire desktop or any specific browser or app window, according to Microsoft.
This feature works differently from Recall, which automatically captures snapshots of your screen. Copilot Vision functions more like screen sharing during a video call. Users can activate it by clicking the glasses icon in the Copilot app and selecting the part of the screen they want to share.

Once active, Copilot Vision can analyze content, provide insights, and answer questions in real time. Microsoft says it can offer tips on improving creative projects, help refine your resume, or guide you while navigating a new game.
Copilot Vision was first tested last year in the Edge browser. It also works with mobile phone cameras, letting users ask questions about what the camera sees.
