Instagram has rollout pinned comment feature to everyone, the company announced in a tweet.
Now user can pin three comments on a post to the top of a thread, and it’s designed to allow the author of a post to better control the tone of the comment thread through highlighting positivity and moderating more negative and abusive responses that show up below the pinned comments.

The company now uses artificial intelligence to automatically block offensive comments, and it uses similar AI tools to warn users before they post potentially offensive or harmful captions.
