Instagram is rolling out a new feature that lets users pin their own comments on posts.
Until now, you could only pin comments made by others, but the update gives creators and regular users more control over their conversations.
The change is designed to help prevent important remarks from getting buried under a flood of replies. Whether it’s a clarification, a follow-up thought, or simply something you don’t want people to miss, you can now keep your own comment at the top for better visibility.
Pinned comments appear at the top of the comment section, marked with a pin icon. Users can pin multiple comments on a post, making it easier to highlight key interactions or direct followers’ attention to specific details.
