Google Search is getting yet another useful feature: the ability to verify the origins of an image. This means that you can now use Google Search to find out where an image came from, and whether it has been used elsewhere online.
Here’s how to use the new feature:
- Go to Google Images.
- Click the camera icon.
- Upload the image you want to verify.
- Google Search will then show you a list of websites where the image has been found.
- You can click on the links to visit the websites and see how the image is being used.
You can also use the feature to verify the origins of an image that you see online. To do this, simply right-click on the image and select “Search Image with Google Lens.”
