ExpressVPN has officially launched ExpressVPN for Teams, marking the company’s formal move into the small and medium-sized business VPN market.

Previously available in beta, the service is now rolling out globally with a focus on centralized management, flexible pricing, and features tailored for organizations rather than individual users.

The new platform is designed to address a common pain point for growing teams: managing VPN access at scale. Unlike ExpressVPN’s consumer plans, which are limited by simultaneous connection caps and individual accounts, ExpressVPN for Teams provides a centralized admin dashboard that allows system administrators to add, remove, and manage users from a single interface.

A key addition is Dedicated IP for Teams, an optional feature that gives organizations a fixed IP address shared across team members. This makes IP whitelisting easier and reduces friction when accessing internal systems, cloud services, or partner platforms—particularly for remote and distributed teams.

ExpressVPN for Teams also introduces a volume-based pricing model, with bulk discounts of up to 50% depending on the number of licenses and contract length. Plans start at a minimum of five licenses and are available on monthly, annual, and two-year terms. According to the company, pricing can drop to just over $2 per user per month for large teams on longer commitments.

From a security standpoint, teams get access to the same technology used in ExpressVPN’s consumer product, including TrustedServer infrastructure, an audited no-logs policy, post-quantum encryption, and the company’s Lightway protocol. The service supports apps across major operating systems and provides access to servers in more than 105 countries.

ExpressVPN says additional features are planned for ExpressVPN for Teams in the coming months, signaling that this launch is only the first step in a broader push toward business and organizational customers. With remote and hybrid work now standard for many companies, the new offering positions ExpressVPN as a simpler alternative to more complex enterprise VPN solutions, particularly for startups, agencies, and SMBs.
