Anthropic is expanding what Claude can do across users’ everyday workflows. The company has announced that Claude Cowork is now available through web and mobile interfaces for all paid accounts, allowing users to keep track of Cowork tasks from more places.

The expansion means users no longer have to rely solely on the desktop experience to monitor Cowork sessions. They can now access the feature from Claude’s web and mobile interfaces, making it easier to check on ongoing work while away from a computer.

At the same time, Anthropic is giving Claude’s Google Workspace connectors new capabilities. Claude can now send emails through Gmail and manage files stored in Google Drive, expanding the ways the AI can interact with connected Google services.

The changes move Claude further toward an AI assistant that can not only retrieve information from connected services but also take actions within them. Anthropic previously introduced Google Workspace integration that allowed Claude to search and reference Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs content.

With the latest additions, Claude can handle more practical tasks across Gmail and Drive while users can monitor Cowork activity from additional devices and interfaces.
