Apple has introduced a new service program for iPhone 14 Plus users who are experiencing a specific rear camera issue where the preview won’t display.

According to Apple, this problem affects a small percentage of devices manufactured between April 10, 2023, and April 28, 2024.

To determine if your iPhone 14 Plus qualifies, you can check your serial number on Apple’s program page. If eligible, Apple or an Authorized Service Provider will provide a free repair. Additionally, customers who previously paid for this camera repair may contact Apple to request a refund.

The program covers affected iPhone 14 Plus devices for three years from the original purchase date. Apple frequently offers similar service programs to address product issues, such as those for the iPhone 12 receiver and AirPods Pro with sound issues.
